yesterday as I was late for lunch almost around 2, requested a takeout. owner made a big fuss about it and his behavior was far from being polite --I would say have never experienced such thing in last thirty years in Albany. He was behaving as he was serving free --infact it was double charged at 17 dollars for lunch box
RecommendedThe family and I went here for New Year's Eve for the first time. Very pleased with service and the food. I would say the food i actually spicier than indicated on the menu. Chicken Vindaloo should be 4-5 peppers in strength. It can hurt you. I had the lamb rogan josh. Nice large pieces of lamb - very flavorful. We also bought Chicken Tikka for the kids. Also a bit spicy, but kids loved the rice and naan the most as most 4 years old would.
First time there but sooo disappointed. Went for my anniversary because ive heard they have lots of vegan options! Vegan choices were good! however, waiter said they could make the chana masala with no cilantro.. it came out with cilantro on top. I let them know I asked it to be made with none. They brought out new bowl (or just removed the cilantro on top).. none on top but was def within.. ugh. service very attentive and they came round again ..i told staff the issue so guy suggested I order a completely different dish.. t... read more
I had never eaten at an Indian restaurant before and the food was delicious the prices fair and the portions were ample I would return

Everything was extraordinary right down to the drinks, couldn’t speak more highly of the place.
Hat the goat curry tonight with garlic naan and it was the best that I’ve ever had. Fantastic food.
