I have been buying jewelry from Karat’s for over 2 decades. The pieces are unique and very wearable. Brian was doing name necklaces long before they became popular. If you have an idea for a piece, the store is willing to collaborate with you to make it happen. (He created a gorgeous necklace for me using a diamond I already had - end result exceeded expectations!!). Prices and quality are great. Customer service is 10/10. I wear something from Karat’s every day.
Don't even think to go to this store. No customer service, no interest to make you buy their stuff
Condescending much, over the phone?? Lost my business before I even stepped foot in the store. Another business handled my inquiry 100x better than the guy who answered the phone.
