OUTSTANDING INSTRUCTIONOur 5 year old has been enrolled in this school for almost a year and we are so impressed by the level of instruction. The instructors encourage all the children to participate and provide constant positive feedback. Not only is our son learning taekwondo, he is also learning respect, team work, social skills and how to have to fun.

Karate for kids and adults is more than an after school activity. It is a program that combines fitness, discipline and fun. Our whole family is enrolled in classes and all five of us have gained strength, confidence and accomplished many personal goals. My children have been able to overcome shyness, gain self-control and learn how to set and accomplish their goals. The instructors and owners at this studio are very good at working with all their students. I highly recommended this studio for your whole family.

He had taken medication for ADD which I did not want to do anymore, and was looking for something to help him with his concentration,focus,self esteem, that did not involve medication. Since he has been in the classes his grades have improved, he is more confident, he is more respectful at home.
