Great Place to train the instructors are much friendlier after the change in ownership definitely would recommend if you want self defense training

UPDATED REVIEW: I regret to update this previously 5-star review. After yet more staff changes (three completely different staffs/instructors within 5 months), the quality of the Little Tigers program deteriorated. It became such a burden that we vacated the last month of our 6-month membership (management was unwilling to refund the amount even in light of the complete staff change). I like the new instructor and believe him to be an outstanding person, but he seemed inexperienced and struggled with teaching little kids.

Classes used to be good with Master Valino, Ms. Anya and others. Now there is no structure or knowledge teachers. Seemingly students are teaching others; guess cost savings. Main instructor is never there. At this rate the school won't last long.

Miss Kaitlyn and Miss Anya teach a great cardio kickboxing class, and with the pandemic going on teach really well over zoom
