We have dealt with Durga and Vin many years since I have been in London.I am super happy they are very professional and knowledgeable in jewellery also she knows I just love diamonds so for my 50 wedding anniversary I wanted to keep my original wedding band even if my husband wanted to but me a new one. I went to replace battery on my watch and i didn't have my glasses with me when i got my watch back. When i have got home and put my glasses on i find 4 deep scratches on the back plate of my watch . I am very upset now! It is a not super expensive watch, but still $2k watch that i like a lot. I didn't go back to them,but I want to people to know what they can espect when they dealing with those unprofessional people.

Durga and Vin are absolutely amazing to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the different kinds of stones, metals, etc. and they have a great selection. We found some beautiful pieces for our anniversary.
