I called the clinic Thursday and she inquired about an appointment on Friday and was told they were booked but that I could walk in on Saturday to see the doctor. I was also told the hours were from 9 AM to 1 PM. I showed up at 12:50 and after standing in line for seven minutes waiting to check in the lady at the front desk told me that they weren’t taking any more walk-ins. Avoid - The Worst Clinic EVER!!! I went for my first ever vitamin C IV. The technician hooked me up and left the room. No bell or anyway to call for help! I had an adverse reaction and felt completely incapacitated and exhausted. Fortunately I had my cell phone and was able to call the front desk to ask for help. By the time the technician returned, my IV bag was empty and I was almost passed out. No one came to check my vitals or offer me the opportunity to lie down and rest. There is a male there that answers the phones that has the worst attitude ever! I made a tela health visit and thought it was for today and I thought I had missed it, I called to see why and he responds with your appointment is tomorrow, thank you though. Excuse me what do you mean.... thank you though? They seriously need to take another look at their staff. Very unprofessional
