Karas Health Care has been a dream. I came to them years ago seeking a second opinion and they've been putting up with me ever since. Now that our time together is coming to an end, I can genuinely leave this review. Everyone I have interacted with there has been nothing but kind, patient, and understanding. I’ve had no complaints about this provider, for several years I’ve seen Kelsey Camp. She has helped me with a range of issues. Incredible provider, even helped me achieve FMLA leave when I desperately needed it. Today I’ve had enough of the front office staff and the ones who answer the phone. I repeatedly get told they will call me right back. No call back. I’m told my rx will be refilled. but then I’m told Camp won’t and has questions. What questions? This is a very simple medication.
