I had two sick kiddos come down with RSV over the weekend... 😩 I called and left a message at 8:00 a.m. On Monday morning to let them know I would not be able to make it to my 1:00 p.m. appointment and they still want to charge me $50.. And I was still never called back. Dr. Karas himself is phenomenal. Besides that, I will say that most of the staff here are thorough and understanding, which is great.. navigating the American healthcare system in itself is a headache + these folks usually do a better job than most.
