Straight up amazing looking cupcakes. We had the coconut vanilla as well as the s’mores. First class.
My husband and I stopped in to get some cupcakes as a tasting for our future wedding reception. I suggested Kara's because years ago, I was a huge fan and LOVED the cupcakes and unfortunately the only local shop in Walnut Creek shut down. So, I was excited to have them again and have my husband try them for the first time and we were unfortunately really disappointed. This local business is located inside Oxbow Market. I got the sweet smores and the vine trail. I love the sweet smores! It has a graham cracker base, tender chocolate cake, and topped with the wiggly perfect marshmallow frosting. The vine trail has a chocolate cupcake too with the sugary i'm not sure frosting. The packaging looked fancy with the box that is so pink. I honestly think that these are too small for the price. Good customer service.
