Dr. Bandealy has opened a second office and brought in new APRNs. Wait times are so much better, and the APRNs are knowledgeable enough to catch mistakes in the records and in prescribing. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Parking is no longer a problem.
Since expanding to a second office up in Sand Lake, service has been much better. I get seen not too long after my scheduled appointment, and checkout has been faster too. The assistants he has working for him are knowledgeable and efficient. Parking has been less of a trouble as well. He has a beautiful new infusion center.
"Look somewhere else". You rarely see Dr Bandealy mostly Practitioners. Wait times are very, very, long. And as others have said the staff needs Improving.
Dr Bandealy is OK, but his staff is incompetent and they behave as if they don't care at all about the patient.
Dr. Bandealy doesn’t care about his patients, spends very little time with you and doesn’t do a very good job explaining your labs to you nor answering any of your questions. He is very dismissive and doesn’t take the time to listen to you when you are trying to express your symptoms/concerns with him. No experience. No office care about the patient I don’t why he got his license!!!!!
I would give a negative if possible... I had been his patient.. his wait times are ridiculously long.. u are forced to see the nurse practitioner...no where else I have seen where u had to make appointment with nurse practitioner in order to see the doctor again in the next visit.... even to see the nurse the wait time is beyond 60 minutes...very unprofessional...
No matter what time of day I schedule at either location, I have never waited less than an hour for 15 minutes with the doctor. The doctor bases everything off of lab results, as opposed to my personal feelings of pain or physical signs of inflammation, etc. There have been multiple occasions where my medications were not refilled for weeks or I have to do labs twice in a week-long period. The staff is extremely disorganized with poor phone manners as well. Today I waited over 90 minutes.
If I could give a 0 STAR I would. If your primary doctor refers you to this office, run away! Ask for another referral. Please, DO NOT use this office. The staff is incompetent. They cancel appointment without calling to say so. Drive 45 minutes to get there late afternoon appointment and make excuse after excuse. NEVER GO HERE!
