Awful. They barely have any dessert options and always say they “ran out” but it seems like they just order a small amount of pre-ordered stuff. I brought friends from out of town here and they had just a cookie and an old muffin so i just ordered that. The cookie was hard as a rock and muffin was frozen cold on the inside and tasted like nothing. We also ordered a tea pot to share which just tasted like instant pre-made tea. I had such a great experience hosting my LoveYourself event at Karak House! From the beginning, the team was welcoming, accommodating, and open to collaborating with me to bring the experience to life. I love the coffee and the atmosphere here, but I had a quick question about my receipt. I ordered at the counter, sat on the 2nd floor, and a staff member brought my order upstairs. I noticed a “Delivery Fee” of $1.90 on my bill. Is this a standard fee for bringing orders to the 2nd floor, or could it have been a POS system error? Thank you!
Great if you want to get away from the craziness of Middle Neck Road. Because of Marie Blacnhere and THIS PLACE, you now have an excuse to venture into Great Neck North. The prices are reasonable. You will spend $7 per drink and per baked good. That’s just the time we live in. Go to Dunkin if you want something you can get everywhere else. That being said, the Chai is good.
