Poor customer service. Sent multiple emails with no response and had to pm them on IG for them to email me and say I am SOL. I ordered during their BF sale and accidentally order silver not gold. They won’t allow me to even exchange the item and pay the difference for the price of the regular cost. This isn’t a one off item, they have stocked it for years so it isn’t like it would mess up their stocks.
Got a necklace and wore it x5 times before the chain broke. I messaged on Instagram about getting a replacement and was told to email with photos of the break and receipt. I never got a response to my email. Super unfortunate as I love the charm and wanted to buy other pieces. But the customer service is terrible and the chain quality is questionable.
I purchased the Celeste star bracelet from Kara Yoo and it is my favourite piece of jewelry I’ve ever owned! I was helped my Joy, and their customer service was the best I’ve ever had! They go above and beyond. So grateful to the Kara Yoo team and the beautiful jewelry they have designed. 100% will be repurchasing and adding more of their timeless pieces to my collection!
Bought several pieces from them in 2023, including a chain which was worn <10x since purchase. When the chain broke, I reached out asking for options to fix it and the response was essentially “it’s past our 1 year warranty, tough cookies”. I reached out again asking for options to fix it (not replace) and I was ghosted. Lovely designs but, similar to the last review, quality should be better for the price.
