If you need a realtor, I highly recommend Kara! My roommate and I were looking for a new place back in February, right before Covid-19 got serious. She was very accommodating, asked for our preferences and provided us options based on that. She even organized everything into an excel sheet and kept the condo listings updated. She also took us individually to the places we were interested in since my roommate and I had different schedules. Kara is such a nice and patient realtor! When I was looking for apartment last year, she helped me look into so many apartments that were within my budget. Moreover, she drove me and my roommate all around the places so many times to find the right apartment for us.
