Kara is an excellent and very knowledgeable realtor. As a first time homebuyer, I didn't know much about the process and she always patiently answered all my questions and calmed my nerves. A wonderful experience that made a complicated process easy. Our initial contact with Kara was her working with our two sons to find homes during Covid when the market was extremely difficult for buyers. Kara met all my expectations and more. We met Kara when looking for a place to rent. I explained that I had not yet sold our house and asked her opinion about the timing of the two transactions. She told me to wait for a better time of the year and then asked if she could represent me on the sale.
