Kara is an excellent and very knowledgeable realtor. As a first time homebuyer, I didn't know much about the process and she always patiently answered all my questions and calmed my nerves. I’ve known Kara since 2011 and her husband Jake since 2016, and I am the “mutual friend” that introduced them in 2020… My wife and I used Kara as our real estate agent, and we had a shockingly disappointing Sotheby’s experience. After many showings, her patience was thin; she ultimately became rude and produced an unreliable expert that negatively impacted our negotiation process. If you are looking for a highly compassionateand knowledgeable real estate agent, I would look elsewhere.
A wonderful experience that made a complicated process easy. Our initial contact with Kara was her working with our two sons to find homes during Covid when the market was extremely difficult for buyers. Kara met all my expectations and more. We met Kara when looking for a place to rent. I explained that I had not yet sold our house and asked her opinion about the timing of the two transactions. She told me to wait for a better time of the year and then asked if she could represent me on the sale.
