The cupcake was good - a bit on the dry side, but the frosting was amazing! The guy working barely said anything when I came in and never asked me what I wanted. It felt like I was annoying him by coming in and ordering one cupcake, so I won’t be back.

I’ve been to this place twice and unfortunately found the staff to be unhelpful both times. On my most recent visit, I asked the young man behind the counter about the flavors of the mini cupcakes, and he simply told me to match them to the display. There appeared to be 7–10 different flavors, and the idea that I should figure them out myself felt dismissive and unwelcoming. This place was a minute walk away from our hotel. We wanted a treat, and so off we went. I bought 8 cupcakes and 3 cookies for $60. Pricey? Yes. The cupcakes were moist and tasty. I wasn't a fan of the frosting, too sweet. So I just took it off. The cookies were hard, we popped them in the microwave to soften. Service was good and friendly. Would I go when visiting SF again? No.

Wonderful cupcakes, sprinkles chocolate is wow. Friendly and lovely staff.
