No Electronic Medical RecordsLacks medical knowledge about some conditionsLacks ability to interpret some specialized test results No more than 15 minutes per patientAll notes are handwrittenDoesn’t accept some InsuranceHigh rotation of front desk and medical assistantsUses a sink as a writing platformGets overloaded if you bring paperwork that needs completion by a doctor…but she accepts new patients, and that’s all that matters because sick people will always stumble in through the door!

Cancelling appointments, scheduling expensive out of pocket tests that weren't really needed, tells me she doesn't have time to answer my questions, would rather deal with a mole removal than figuring out why my hip hurts (told me it was a femoral hernia)--WRONG! Arthritis. Tired of being dismissed by her and her staff.

I thought I found my forever Dr., when I started going to Kassay Family Medicine with the passing of my previous physician, Dr. Kristina Harp in 2019. I loved the PA, Kristine Franke. Unfortunately Kristine left and the clinic has suffered immensely. The office dropped me as a patient for not scheduling my annual physical timely. They provided me 30 days to find a new Doctor. Not an easy task, but honestly a blessing in disguise. A true partnership works both ways. All this office cares about is how to bill and get the bigge... read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband has been a longtime patient of Dr. Kassay. Our adult son recently began seeing her for routine physicals. Our son was injured at his summer job this year and when I called to make an appointment with Dr. Kassay, the office said they wouldn't see him due to the fact that this might be a workers' compensation claim. I am livid! His own doctor won't see him and now he has to go to an urgent care facility to see a doctor who knows nothing about him or his history. I have never enc... read more

Our family members have been patients of Dr. Kassay for many, many years. She is the best doctor we've ever had. She spends time with you, is thorough, knowledgeable and just a great custodian of your health care. She can no longer accept Medicare patients so we must find another doctor, but we will greatly miss her and the clinic staff. Highly recommend!

It looked good at first but the truth came out quickly. Dr Kassay doesn't do phone calls or e-mails directly. After I had questions regarding my yearly physical lab work, her assistant called me back who didn't know the answers. When I asked for the doc she said I have to make an appointment to speak to her, meaning another paying appointment. I've had a pulmonary embolism a year prior, so naturally I take my physicals serious.

Dr Kassay and her physician assistant, Kristine, are very thorough and very good at diagnosing issues not even I was aware of. She takes labs and tests other physicians haven't ever watched before and has uncovered some pretty important issues with my health. Both are very supportive and encouraging and leave me feeling like I'm their favorite patient. I'm sure everyone leaves the office feeling that way. I trust both Dr. Kassay and Kristine with everything about me.
