My wife was left hanging after Dr. Braudis diagnosed her with a rare disease. She has seen Dr. Braudis at least 5 times. Dr. Braudis said she would help her with a treatment plan. She then blew us off and told the nurse to tell us to go to a rheumatologist. The rheumatologist then referred us back to Braudis (we drive almost 2 hrs one way to see her). I had a bit of a delay due to a miscommunication on their first day in the new location. But the nurses and doctors are all very nice and professional. They were through and addressed all of my concerns.
