The ladies at Kara Jewelry are very polite, professional and courteous. I had some watches to get batteries and they were replaced right away. The best part about this particular repair, I find out the batteries are under warranty.

I’ve had 3 repairs done at Kara Jewelers and have had a great experience each time! The staff is so kind and inviting and the end result has turned out beautifully each time with a fair turn around!

Went there was welcomed with warm friendly faces. Selection was nice , I found what I wanted and price was decent but quality was great! Would go back!

Have been buying from Kara since I moved to Phoenix and they always have something beautiful. The owner is great and she is patient and helpful when I need ideas, which is always. And when I don’t get it right, she has always been understanding and lets me pick out something new that works better for my wife. Well, my wife picks it out the second time, let’s be honest !! Can’t recommend enough.

I'm not a jewelry store kind of guy. But my wedding ring needed to be resized, Kara Jewelry was close to our home, and my wife had heard good things. I found the folks Kara Jewelry to be straightforward, pleasant, professional, and most importantly they did good work at a fair price. If I ever have some kind of jewelry need in the future, they're going to be my first stop.
