I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from Kara in the past and never had an issue, however the customer service after the sale has been extremely disappointing. My husband purchased a beautiful and expensive necklace for me, but the clasp stopped working almost immediately. In addition to failing right away, the clasp was extremely small and difficult to use, to the point where I could not fasten the necklace on my own.
