Worst experience of my life. I went to this clinic to try and get on GLP1 to help with some weight gain and from the very beginning she started trying to sell me on her program, her vitamins and other supplements/ She sends me in this room with an incompetent nurse that was doing a fibroscan and when I asked what this scan does the nurse said she didn’t know and just does the procedure as she’s asked. I've seen Dr Nance twice and have been so pleased. Her staff is awesome, very pleasant and knowledgeable. The doctor is friendly and puts you at ease. I like that she speaks to me in regular talk.
Poor service
My primary care doctor of 15 years decided to start using the concierge model and I couldn't justify paying $300/month to see him. I ended up going with Dr. Nance because I liked the idea of focusing on wellness and not just treating symptoms. I expected I would just be another patient and she would just ask if there was anything I wanted to discuss but we had a great conversation about my health and fitness levels and I felt like she really cared about improving my health and fitness.
