Even if you go according to the reservation time, it's a hair salon where you often have to wait from 30 minutes to about an hour. I wouldn't recommend it unless there's a lot of time to spare. It's a place where you always have to wait a long time even if you make a reservation.

Saw raving reviews so I decided to give it a try, but… I called and got a text response saying that they can squeeze me in at 1PM on Saturday (I’d called on Thursday or Friday). I confirmed via text (in Korean). I texted on the day-of to see if they can cut 30mins earlier, and they responded saying come in in, you can have some tea (to which I thought they meant yes, we can cut your hair sooner than the 1PM appt). I went to this salon to get my roots done and they burned my forehead with bleach, left banding on my hair, and charged me 350$
