Kara was absolutely phenomenal in helping my husband and I find and purchase our first home! She made the whole process less intimidating and truly fought to find us our perfect fit. In the current market, it’s really tough, but Kara did not give up and was able to make our offer more appealing to the sellers than other buyers that may have had more cash to offer.
