Kara has always treated me fairly, kindly, and with the utmost respect. When I found her I had been forced to leave New Directions due to being bullied by a UA Nurse, and having my patient rights horribly violated. I have always felt safe and heard with Kara, never doubting my confidentiality rights, as opposed to NDNW. She has always taken the time to tailor my treatment to me as an individual, providing a sense of security, hope and safety. I leave every appointment feeling refreshed in knowing I have had my needs met.
