She’s pretty bad. Maybe she’s uneducated and rushes through the appointment and probably doesn’t have the patients best interest in mind, or it seems . Now I have to spend more time to go see another doctor to get some definite answers

I recently took my grandson and granddaughter to visited Dr. Cooper and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed during the appointment. The doctor seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to thoroughly evaluate their symptoms. Instead of discussing what looks like MRSA they were prescribed an only topical antibiotic and told she wasn’t sure what it was ! The appointment was literally 5 minutes if that ..

She is the absolute worst doctor I have ever experienced. She walks in the room says your xray is negative. I called you in a steroid and walks out. No bedside manner whatsoever. Very unfriendly. Like she is just there to collect a paycheck and has no concern for patients.

After being exposed to H1N1 and experiencing symptoms, I went to urgent care. She did a bare minimum physical exam, paying no attention to the areas in which I was experiencing symptoms (ears, nose, throat). After tests were ran, Dr. Cooper entered the room stating, "everything was negative. What medication do you want?" I asked for a steroid shot, and she refused. I asked multiple times for actual medical advice and recieved no recommendation about how to treat my symptoms. She could not even tell me if the flu swab she did... read more
