My elderly father was without his medication for 9 weeks due to inability of this office to preauthorize his medication. The office never returned calls, wait time on the line was offensive. Many times you get the call center who is of no help. The insurance company faxed many requests from information with no satisfaction. Kara Clark responded “I am not sure what happened” no apology whatsoever. Terrible experience!! This is not a new problem based on other reviews. Negligent pt care!
