I am so grateful for the near decade I have been a client here. I can’t say enough great things about Kara and her practice. I have received an array of different therapy techniques that provide a very well rounded treatment and have helped me develop a wide assortment of coping skills. The environment is professional and safe and feels cozy. Kara is so knowledgeable she even travels to train others. I grow with every session I have. I appreciate how much this practice has improved my mental health and wellbeing.
