Kara is awesome! So down to Earth and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable immediately even though she was flipping my head all over the place (I was there for vertigo). She will push you but can recognize your limits and won't have you do something you aren't ready for. I can't say enough about her. She will be my only go to for PT.
