The reason I am leaving a one star is because I am heart broken that Kara Hamilton is no longer with South Charlotte Primary Care. A NP that went above and beyond to take care of me and so many others. Her guidance and willing to understand medical needs can never be replaced. I will miss her tremendously. I have been a patient 40 years at this location . So my one star is not for her it's for my loss of care.
Kara Hamilton is caring and thorough. She takes a lot of time with you and doesn’t rush you through your explanation of your problems. She explains everything so you can understand what she is going to do and what the problem is.
Always treated professionally and promptly by everyone. The facility is always bright and clean. Ms. Hamilton is always professional, personable, knowledgeable and very easy to speak with. She always shares valuable information concerning better habits and daily exercises to better improve your overall health. Will always be my physician of choice.
Kara Hamilton, BSN, RN, FNP, has been taking care of me for many years. She saw me for a required physical for my health, and had my blood drawn. I provided a stool sample to be tested for colon cancer based on my age. Also will return for labs to monitor my labs.
