We have been coming here for almost two years. This is a family owned business. They are honest, friendly, and communicate very well with their customers. The owner Steve comes out to personally talk to his customers about the status of their cars when he is around. None of this mechanic lingo that most people can't understand. I feel like all the techs here want to educate me with options instead of "telling" me what I needed to do.
This is the only mechanics I've ever been to where they have refused taking my money for fixing something minor after doing a routine job for me. Extremely fair and honest.
Me and my family have been going to kar kraft for a few years now, great service and top notch work always.
After destroying my front end, I was hesitant about taking it to get repaired because I don't know much about cars. Being a girl, I always feel like I'm being ripped off or taken advantage of. But Stephen at Kar Kraft explained everything so well and seemed like he genuinely cared about helping me. He patiently answered all my questions and wrote everything down. Super happy with the results. I'm glad to know I have such a dependable and trustworthy shop in my area!
A family member recommended this shop to me because I needed a few dents fixed, and after pricing around, I brought my car up to their shop and they had it fixed in a couple of hours! They were really nice and attentive to my concerns, and didn't rush me through the process at all. They seemed to offer me a great deal compared to what other shops quoted, so I wasn't too hesitant about spending the money because I knew it was probably the best deal in the area. Another plus is their location -- right off of Main Street.
These guys are the best...having problems with the Land Rover so I drop off the keys and they drove me home. super duper customer service....I was still able to make it to my dinner with my friend...awesome!!!

I can't say enough good things about this shop. Quality workmanship, and pure HONESTY!!! Unfortunately, Something very hard to find these days. He worked with me on two separate occasions, and both times he came through and saved me money.
