The problem we have had with Accounts Payable Supervisor the last two weeks has made us rethink Kapstone. Our 1099 was incorrect and our local office has tried to get a corrected one for us to no avail. We have emailed and called several times with being promised one would go out that day. It did not, then one would be emailed before day's end. Two weeks later we do not have a corrected one nor will we receive a call back.
