Through the whole funeral process, was never treated better than by Gloria at Kapsa. Her knowledge, suggestions and true heartfelt kindness made a difficult task so much easier. Everything we did was on line with mock ups for our approval. The price was several hundred dollars lower than at other companies, and she offered suggestions I never though of to personalize my Father's headstone at no additional charge. Gloria thank-you again for being so wonderful at at a time when it is most needed.

My son (22) passed away and choosing a headstone was a very difficult task. Gloria was incredibly helpful. We were able to meet by appointment on a weekend. She was very supportive at an incredibly difficult time. We were able to design both a front and a back for his memorial. I just want to thank Kapsa Monument and especially Gloria who made a difficult task very easy. This was my first visit to this company after working with another for many of my family members. Gloria has been so patient and helpful through a very difficult time. She has gone out of her way to help get things sorted out between the cemetery and funderal home who buried my dad in the wrong grave. She is very prompt in responding to emails and replies in a very caring and professional manner. I would recommend Kapsa to anyone.

We have used Kapsa Monuments twice now, first when my brother passed away and more recently when my dad passed away. Both times Gloria made it easy to do such a undesirable task. The second time we didn't even have to go there, we just did it over the phone and on email with pictures so we could choose and we could see the proof before the monument was made. We needed a gravemarker for our son, and kept looking around for not only a good price but a friendly sevice. We looked around and found not only was the price great but Gloria was such a caring and patient person. We visited 5 momument companies and comparing apples to apples Kapsa Monument was the most reasonable. Gloria was wonderful to work with. She helped me to design the face of the monument, contacted the cemetery for us and even got the cemetery to allow a slightly taller monument than they normally allowed. She was right on top of everything which made life alot easier for us.
