absolute shit show, tried ringing up a few times over a few days and i got hung up on for asking when they are available to do a wheel alignment
I have been to Kap's Quality Tyres 3 times now & I can't fault them, they always have a smile on their face when I arrive & are friendly & respectful. Very flexible! Called and was able to bring my car in straight away, great pricing! Very quick! Even had a chat with other clients and they said they come here all the time and highly recommend them! I’ll definitely be coming here from now on
Needed 2 tyres last minute, the guys we able to squish me in, Was a super hot day and we we given ice cold bottles of water while we wait, service was professional and quick and quality, 3rd time we have been there, definitely my new tyre place. Edited in, I was back this morning for 2 tyres, guys were great, service is always above and beyond here
