When you call and ask if they can come and see what's wrong with a heater. And there was no conversation about charging, but weeks later, you get a notification that they're charging you two hundred and some change to come and estimate when they didn't Mention that there was a charge I would not trust this company or the people that work for them. And if you go with them, make sure you have it in writing or texted and you're clear about what charges and for what we have it in texted there was no charge

Amazing work and fast response! We lost our heat during the night and they were out to fix the furnace the next morning! Highly recommend and very friendly! Took the time to explain why the furnace was acting up.
Showed up on time, very knowledgeable and completed furnace service/maintenance & new thermostat installation quickly. I will definitely use them in the future.
