Great people, they refused to let us get to hot even several states away they managed to give as much information to help us and get us back on our feet much appreciated!
I asked ValleyView to provide an estimate for complete replacement of Heat Pump, Air Handler, and lines. They provided a detailed explanation of multiple options with all costs clearly outlined. The office staff was a pleasure to work with, as was the person who provided the estimates.
Austin was very patient with my many questions and very thorough in identifying the likely cause of the problem. He offered both short term and, of course, a longer term solutions without any pressure to go with the more costly, longer term resolution.
Gave me the asked for heads up and was right on time. Very knowledgeable about the issues at hand. I felt I could trust and rely on his assessment and ability.
When you call and ask if they can come and see what's wrong with a heater. And there was no conversation about charging, but weeks later, you get a notification that they're charging you two hundred and some change to come and estimate when they didn't Mention that there was a charge I would not trust this company or the people that work for them. And if you go with them, make sure you have it in writing or texted and you're clear about what charges and for what we have it in texted there was no charge
