Quite literally the only HVAC company I trust. So many others have tried to screw me over, or have done a bad job that doesn’t hold up (or makes the problem worse). These guys have fixed issues that others have said required a complete system replacement. They’re friendly, honest, flexible, and communicate well (and I’m a therapist…my communication standards are high!). Excellent communication wirh dispatch scheduling- called on a Sunday, they were out on Monday. The service specialist was professional, got the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. So grateful! I highly recommend Valley View HVAC.
I panicked when my AC stopped working just as weather predicted to hit 100 in a few days. I called, they texted me almost immediately and were out to repair my heat pump a few hours later. Fast, friendly and professional. Even installed my new thermostat for no charge. HIGHLY recommend them!
I can’t say enough good things about Austin and Valley View HVAC. He came out to inspect my system, and instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, he was completely honest and told me no service was necessary at this time.
