EDITED 6/8/22 - Changed rating from 5 starts to 1 star, so disappointed. After the fabulous estimate process, we were completely ghosted. No estimate received, no responses received. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. If you were not interested in the job, why even bother wasting your and our time with the estimate process and spending the time Patricio did on site to really get the information to provide an accurate estimate? We used KAPS construction to remodel the outside of the house and to add detailed trim work. They created a beautiful dimensional and incredibly high quality trim around our home. The work crew worked long days and were thorough and courteous. I also loved how they interacted with one another. They were always joyful with lots of laughter while working so hard.
