Was really satisfied with the entire staff. My only problem was the shock at the end of it all. Knowing i needed extensive work i thought that it could have been broken down a little bit so the end result wasn't so shocking. But as I said i am over joyed with my experience and knowing that the team will take care of my issues. The tough part for me is this is just the beginning!!!!!
Everyone who works in this office is friendly and helpful, and concerned about a positive patient experience. They satisfactorily explained options for treatment to provide the desired results, and also payment options.
Unexpected tooth ache in middle of the night and Dr Warren fit me in the next morning. Every staff member is warm and personable. I highly recommend his practice!
The compassionate care of the patient always seems to be their primary concern after the excellent dental care they provide. The team always make you feel you are a very special patient. Believe it or not they have made going to the dentist a very pleasant experience. Besides all of this, they give you one BEAUTIFUL smile.
At my last scheduled appointment Oct. 9th, the level of treatment and interaction with all concerned was as it's ever been....... just naturally the "manner of things"......compassionate and professional.

the charting(using numbers) and graphing(using colors) of the gum tissue for each tooth is amazing.........The visual is great because it allows you to see what tooth needs a little extra TLC.
Gentle, knowledgeable, up-to the minute practices and equipment......Trusting Dr Krutchick and Staff for 30 plus years...Just had a checkup and cleaning with Stacie...She was wonderful...Sue, the office manager, answered all my questions.
