The entire process start to finish was exceptional. Kaprelian is an amazing family owned business and I can't recommend them enough. I worked with both Patrick and Glenn throughout the process to pick out engineered hardwood flooring and a custom area rug. They were both very thoughtful and patient to ensure you find exactly what you are looking for. Communication throughout the installation process was excellent and the attention to detail was evident. Looking forward to working with them again!

My interior decorator friend recommended Kaprelian for a long-needed stair runner carpet for my front staircase. I worked with Majda, who was so incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The showroom has tons of gorgeous selections, and Majda helped guide my husband and me with the multitude of choices. (Pro tip: "To serge or not to serge, that is the question." I had a fantastic experience working with Majda and Patrick at Kaprelian. They are true professionals. Majda helped us select carpet that was perfect for our needs (we have pets and a high traffic home). She was super patient as I came back again and again. The installation was extremely smooth. The carpet looks great. I'm happy we made this investment!
