Visited, ordered 4 subs and only one was corrext. I called to rectify the situation and was told my subs would be replaced or refunded. I returned only to be advised I could not have spoken to anyone there; even though I was called back to confirm the rectification!! Horrible experience!!

RecommendedOverall Kappy’s is awesome with the exception of a couple people. Taking your sweet time on orders isn’t going to make a good impression, especially when I know it shouldn’t take 20 minutes for a 5 minutes sandwich. I wish everyone was like Ms. DeShawn.
