Rolled up with the family to enjoy some shakes and root beer floats. The people inside watched us park and walk up - then proceeded to stand up and lock the door so we couldn't come in. It was 8:40 and they close at 9:00. I'm not sure what that was all about? They did serve us at the window and we ate outside...but that was rude!
Ordered a Kappy cheese steak and a hot dog. After waiting for 30 minutes and watching everyone who ordered after us get their food, I asked why my order had not been filled. The woman at the counter told me they were "having trouble" then proceeded to put my order in (somehow "lost" my order even though I had a printed receipt for it). Then goes on to tell me she can't refund my money (almost $20 for a cheese steak and a hot dog) and that the manager will contact me once I have been refunded.
