Very sweet place.was seated when walk in.people are kind,very patient.bathroom clean.food was awesome.
Staff is always friendly and service is always amazing
First time here, randomly chose this spot while driving home from Old Orchard. Every single employee was SO nice starting with a warm greeting as soon as we walked in, a sweetheart of a waitress and so attentive, the gentleman that promptly brought us coffee and water, and the owner/manager (?) that checked in on each table with friendly conversation. It was such a comforting environment to enjoy a delicious gypsy skillet and our first matzo ball soup. Thank you Kappy's for a most enjoyable experience.
