This is our second installation by Kappler and we were very happy with the process and the results could not be better. We have reached our goal to switch everything we can from gas to electricity with both major jobs done by Kappler. Over a year ago, they replaced the gas furnace & air conditioning units with a heat pump and extra split unit which keeps our bedroom extra toasty in the winter. Today’s Service: Ruben serviced our furnace today and then answered our questions about split units purchased a while ago from Kappler. We use them infrequently and didn’t understand how they work.
