Kappler is a world class company. They have done a lot of work for us. Most recently Noah and the team did a humidifier install for us. Top-notch installation by focused, dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly installation team. Nothing short of world-class.
Alex recently installed a humidifier in our new home. He was extremely professional and was done in a few hours. He left no mess and took the time to explain the controls and maintenance to us after he finished the installation. Kappler Mechanical was quick to provide a quote and flexible in getting us scheduled. We will absolutely be using them for future works and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.
Ulises was extremely courteous and prompt for the appointment. He knew exactly what was wrong with the system, and not only explained to me what was wrong but showed me different tools of my system that I had never been shown before from other contractors . Now I will know what to look at if I have further problems. To me that shows that he's a top-notch technician.
