Kappler replaced my exhausted/broken AC Unit with an energy efficient Bosch heat pump and matching Bosch furnace. The Kappler team showed up on time, explained what they were doing and completed the job promptly and when they said they would complete it. They explained to me the functions of the new heat pump and how to use it to get the most energy savings out of the unit during the heating months when it can toggle between electric and gas use. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service i received. Great Job Kappler!!!
