Rueben came out the same day and did a great, thorough job cleaning my mini-split system. He answered all my questions and explained the process in depth. Would always recommend Kappler!
This is SUCH a professional team from start to finish. We had a gas leak and they came same day to identify and repair. From the person who scheduled me to the notifications they send before they're on their way to the actual service, they're so clearly well owned and operated. I highly recommend this company for HVAC. Ruben was our tech and so great.

Travis was very informative. Thoroughly attended to the system in our house, disassembled and cleaned the heat pump AC unit outside and answered questions about its functions.
