Excellent service!
Foolishly, we had another company install Mitsubishi mini split system. When we kept having issues, we brought in Kappler. We were not getting heat out of one of the mini split heads and called Kappler late on a Friday and they had a technician at our place first thing on Saturday morning. The technician troubleshot our system and found that the previous installer had not completed the install properly. I had a great service call with Kappler Mechanical. The technician, Ruben, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. I especially appreciated the detailed service summary report, which included pictures of the various components. Kappler has been excellent from the original installation through to ongoing maintenance—I highly recommend them!
