Nice dentist Very nice professional building, the staff is very friendly. This dentist was very easy to deal with and wanted to get things done very quickly. I do plan on continuing my business here.
Rude Rude Rude I found Dr Kappenman to be rude and short and felt as though he was talking at me rather than to me. I also waited for him after my cleaning for a half hour. I was very upset when I left his chair. I shared my experience about it to one of of my co-workers who had the exact same experience but she had thought it was just her who felt this way. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone!
Heather Gaertner/Simonsen Kappenman DDS is the best dental office I have ever been to, and worked at for many years! I miss this place and Want to tell you, the workers there are Hard Workers. The Drs Jay and Tami are the most particular, and honest Dr that I have ever worked for! The will be honest and good, lets say GREAT!
