Dr. Kappelman is very professional, prompt, courteous and most of all very smart and capable.She is especially talented in finding things promptly. She is quick and very through.
This practice and everyone who works here could care less about their patients. The front desk and office staff make patients feel like a nuiscance. At an acne appointment that I made 2 months prior because there was no availibility, the first thing said to me was scolding me for not following up sooner. Ignoring the fact that I was in tears due to my own distress over my acne, Tamara told me to continue the same treatment regimen that "should hopefully start working soon".
