I can't thank Kappel & Kappel enough for helping me find a rental home so quickly when I needed to move out of my previous rental on short notice. I feel this is a fairly unprofessional company and would not recommend, Michelle Rodriguez was scheduled to show an a.d.u. to me and at the end of our call she made it a point to rather rudely tell me, "And if you are not going to come, call me so I don't have to drive there". If I could give 0 stars I would! I Wouldn’t recommend, rented for a year got the unit carpets professionally cleaned & such & this company was still trying to get over and charged my boyfriend and I over 600 dollars for a tiny knick under the fridge, the fridge they bought from Us. Just to use our 600$ of our security deposit to put completely new hardwood floors. Also tried to keep an extra 100$ of our deposit we had to mention it. This was the flooring. Worst company , there’s a reason they have only 2 stars.
Applied to rent a house just to see it turned out to be for sale. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Do Not do business with them!
