A month ago I came in to get my hair cut before I flew out of state and I got my "hair" cut by Stone. He sliced open my ear while cutting with a guard on the clipper. He continued with no apology or anything. My ear has finally healed. The overall cut was not worth returning again.

Very unprofessional. I was looking for a temp fade. And nothing was faded and left cuts on the back of my neck due to the 30 mins of blending he was trying to attempt. I watched him cut nothing as no hair was falling on my cape. To the guy in the back left corner thank you lol.

Pretty sad experience today. After leaving the nearby zoo, my 2 year old who is newly potty trained had to pee and couldn’t hold it. I pulled up and asked an employee outside if my daughter could use the restroom, he said of course and told me where to go once we got inside. We walk in and get to the bathroom door where another employee says no public restrooms without even looking up. I tried to explain that another employee said we could and they just said it again.
