I was in an accident and had to pull off the road. Kappa construction was the closest parking lot. I was clearly shaken when one of the owners came out and began yelling I couldn’t stay there. I explained I was shaken, which wasn’t too difficult to figure out from my tears !! She then proceeded to say if you plan on calling AAA you better not let them in this parking lot.
