Not all IT computer companies are equal. Call Kappa they are #1 I called with network problems, they were able to send someone out right away and had the problem fixed within no time. If you are looking for a company that doesn't take long to fix an issue, call them. The office staff was very friendly as well. I had different company out to fix my problem before and it took them three hours and could not fix it, they ended up making things worse. Kappa came right in, fixed it without a hitch.
