Called for an estimate for commercial work, greeting with the Google Answering service wanting my name and reason for call and then promptly hung up on. Not sure that’s how any business should be doing business.
Greg is great to work with. Very responsive and communicative. We look forward to using them again with our other buildings.
Kappa roofing came out and corrected a roofing issue that I had been dealing with for over a year. The previous roofing company couldn't figure out the issue and thousands of dollars later. Kappa came out and corrected immediately. Extremely professional and affordable. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!!
We have been using Kappa Commercial for several years and continue to be very pleased with Greg and his team! They were able to come out in late November/early December to fix a problem on our roof that was close to an entrance. Once again, they took care of the issue just before the rain came. Thanks again!
