Ate here last week with my kids. Food was terrible. We ordered edamame, wagyu pot stickers and 3 sushi rolls. Edamame was ok- it’s steamed beans. Pot stickers were completely bland. The meat was a weird blob that looked rather pink. I have never had wagyu that tastes like nothing before. The real problem though was the sushi. This was literally the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Amazing food and excellent, knowledgeable and attentive service. I enjoyed every single bite of the meal, if you find your way in Florida make sure you go and check this place out. They have so many locations and I bet it’s all good!! Hands Down.
Our visit to Kapow Was one of the top dining experiences that we've ever had. Atmosphere was lively with a great vibe, our server Tina was exceptional. We relied on her recommendations and They were excellent! The miso Black cod was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth❤️ The wok charred edamame was exceptional as well as the tuna tartare! The Ube cheesecake was indescribable ‼️ We will be back very soon and bring our friends❤️
Very disappointing experience at Kapow, followed by an unresolved billing issue. We had a 7:30 reservation for three. After ordering appetizers and dinner, only two entrées arrived. We repeatedly had to flag someone down about the missing meal and were continuously told it would be a few more minutes. A manager eventually stepped in, but the next meal brought out was the wrong order. My actual dinner arrived about 15 minutes after that. By then, we had been there roughly 90 minutes already.
