We experienced a total loss claim recently, and although I do work for Kapnick Insurance & am familiar with the process, it is still a stressful time to go through. The claims advocates in our office made sure the process was smooth from start to finish with the auto adjuster and the medical adjuster, and I didn't really have to worry about anything. Having claims advocates on staff sets us apart from other agencies!
