The best dentist ever! So, kind, gentle and when ever I needed to be numbed he took his time. He didn’t just jam it in and push the Novocain in. By him taking his time, it caused less to no pain. So, professional. His office manger Pam is absolutely wonderful. They make you feel at home. I love that it’s a small office, no trying to up charge like I have seen in several offices. If I didn’t have to move way I would still be going there. I was his patient for 18 years.
Any time anyone in my family is suffering from any sort of tooth problem ranging from mild to severe, the words "go see Kaplanis" are always the immediate response. It's always been a pleasure being greeted by Pam, the friendly and caring receptionist, and I've had nothing but great service from the both of them.
