No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

My entire family have Dr. Kaplan as our dentist. In addition to being an excellent dentist with a thorough knowledge base, great "chairside" manner, and 0 pain tolerence, he has assembled a staff of caring professionals who make your visit a pleasure. My 4 children, ages 6 through 20 actually look forward to going to the dentist.
