Dr. Kaplan is excellent. He was my dentist when I was a child and we recently traveled over 2 hours each way for him to complete a tongue and lip release on my 5 month old. The laser procedure was swift and successful and my newborn is feeding and functioning so much better. Contrast this to some of the horror stories I've heard from friends about their children seeing ENTs for tongue ties. The office in Hanover was clean, inviting, and friendly. Staff was so helpful. Great experience with doctor Kaplan! He is awesome!
Best around for this procedure. We were sad to hear BOTH of our newborns needed this from our pediatrician (3-years apart) but grateful to have found Dr. Kaplan at his new location. We wouldn’t have gone anywhere else! Both were done in under a minute with no drugs and from what we could tell very little if any discomfort. Should there be however Dr. Kaplin has gone over and above with a nursing room AND lactation consultant on hand to assist if needed.
Dr. Kaplan has moved to Bolton, Ma and is continuing to perform laser frenum care for infants through adult. He is NOT retired !!!!! He has been there since January 2018... Yeah !!!
Our child went under the radar of nutritionists, feeding specialists, lactation consultants and pediatrician for 8 months. Dr. Kaplan performed upper lip and tongue tie revisions using CO2 laser. The procedure was very quick (under a minute) without drugging the baby. Dr. Kaplan was very informative from the get go. Wonderful soft skills. Made us feel at ease prior and after the procedure.
