I'm also a criminal defense lawyer and let me tell you Jerry Kaplan is the best, at criminal defense and civil litigation, as are all the lawyers and staff who work there. He's also very ethical. He can do cases all over the country and he has some big wins. He won a murder trial in Pomona a couple years ago. Really w great guy.

Jerry and Joe are like family to me. They have helped me tremendously over the years. I was in active addiction and got myself into trouble and they never gave up on me. They can work miracles. This man (Jerry Kaplan) beat the Feds in a trial that took place in the state of Iowa. His client was facing drug conspiracy charges. The chances of winning this type of case is less than 4%, but he got the job done and his client went home after the trial and did not lose his home due to forfeiture laws. Simply AMAZING!
